• Day 1

  HO CHI MINH - ARRIVAL

   Arrival in Hoi Chi Minh city, Vietnam’s most evocative and largest city, meets and transfer airport to hotel.

• Day 2

  HO CHI MINH – MEKONG DELTA – MANGO CRUISE (B/L)

  Enjoy breakfast at your hotel before the two-hour drive to explore the fabulous natural beauty of the Mekong Delta region. This unique tour explores the fascinating districts of Giong Trom and Phong Nam Districts, which are as of yet untouched by commercial tourism. This trip is well-selected by our travel experts to ensure a unique honeymoon holiday in Vietnam!

  Discover how the local people, who are famed across Vietnam for their friendliness and hospitality, live in such fertile and watery surroundings. A delicious and typical southern lunch is served at around noon and head back to the electric city in the afternoon.

• Day 3

  HO CHI MINH – NHA TRANG BEACH (B)

  After breakfast at your hotel, get to grips with Vietnam’s more turbulent modern history with a visit to the War Remnants Museum with a riveting account of the American War (as it is known in Vietnam). Move onto the Reunification Palace, the former residence of the Indochina Governor General and later President of the Republic of Southern Vietnam up until the fall of Saigon in 1975. Other highlights of the morning include visiting the towering brick structure of the Notre Dame Cathedral and the nearby exquisite Old Post Office before a spot of shopping at the city’s most famous market, Ben Thanh Market. 

  Afternoon, transfer to airport for a short flight to Nha Trang.

  NHA TRANG BEACH – DANANG – HOI AN (B)

   Depart back to the airport for another short flight to Danang city.

   
  Upon arrival, experience some central Vietnamese friendliness and be welcome and proceeding 35km to the gorgeous old town of Hoi An. Check in and settle in at your hotel.
   
  The afternoon, take a fascinating guided walking tour around Hoi An Ancient Town. Begin with the picturesque Japanese Covered Bridge, which traverses one of the old town’s ancient streams. Continue onto the vibrant Chinese Assembly Hall and the bustling local market which rests on the banks of the river. Hoi An is an art-lover and shopper’s paradise, with countless shops selling beautiful souvenirs and talented tailors that can design and put together outfits ready for the next day! Enjoy the afternoon in the way you like, perhaps choosing to sit by the river with a cold drink or delving back into the shops!

• Day 7

  HOI AN – COOKING CLASS (B, L)

   Enjoy breakfast at your hotel and then take a stroll through the old town to meet your experienced chef-teacher for the morning! Vietnamese food relies on the quality and freshness of the ingredients, so first visit the local market where you will select the important ingredients for your cooking lesson. Take a relaxing and leisurely cruise along the Thu Bon River in order to reach your cooking school and then explore the school’s very own herb and vegetable garden. Discover Hoi An’s unique and interesting cuisine, where many of the dishes are a blend of Vietnamese and Chinese cuisine, which reflects the town’s trading history. The cooking lesson itself lasts about 2 hours and also includes information on the intricate art of Vietnamese food carving, or plate decoration, which is still seen today during important times of the year. Then the best part- sit down to enjoy a meal of what you have cooked! Take the boat back to the old town and enjoy the afternoon at your leisure. Overnight in Hoi An.

• Day 8

  HOI AN BEACH (B)

   Enjoy your free day at leisure, or cycling to nearby village or just relax by the beach.

• Day 9

  HOI AN – DANANG – HO CHI MINH – DEPARTURE (B)

   Depart back to Danang airport for a short flight to Ho Chi Minh City. From there, connect your flight onward.

A. CANCELLATION POLICY:
The cancellation charges below refer to the non-transferable fee that is charged to the group member who has cancelled their tour:

• More than 45 days before departure: No cancellation charge
• Between 45 and 30 days before departure: 10% of total tour cost 
• Between 30 days and 15 days before departure: 25% of total tour cost
• Between 15 days and 7 days before departure: 50% of total tour cost
• Less than 7 days before departure: 90% of total tour cost
• No-show at the airport on the day of arrival/departure: 100% of total tour cost

B. CHILDREN POLICY (land service only)

• Child from 1- 4 yrs:  Free of charge if sharing bed with parents 
• Child from 5 – 6 yrs: charge 30% of adult price if sharing existing bed(s) with parents
• Child from 5 – 6 yrs: charge 50% of adult price if using extra bed/mattress in parents’ room
• Child from 7 – 11 yrs: charge 75% of adult price if using extra bed/mattress in parents’ room
• Child from 12 yrs up: pay as adult rate
