Dear Xuan Hao and the Vietnamstay Tour staff,

My husband Frank and I had an excellent time in Vietnam and Cambodia.  We were pleased with the accommodations, itinerary, drivers and guides.  The guides and drivers were all on time, respectful and professional which we greatly appreciated. 

In retrospect, here are some of the most memorable highlights (in order that we experienced them):

Food Alley Stroll & Hoa Lo Prison in Hanoi 

Boat trip on Da River and cycling in near rice paddies in Maui Chau Valley

Orchid Cruise on Halong Bay (Excellent.  An unexpected upgrade.  Very special)

Bike ride through the rice paddies. 

Hotel in Hue was excellent and we had an lovely lodge overlooking a little lake. 

Our guide in Hue was particularly good as was the Mekong Delta day trip. 

Cambodian Circus Show in Siam Reap was an Excellent show and our seats where front row center.  I forgot to comment the show on the daily survey.  It was a memorial evening.  Thank you for arranging such great seats  

Meeting with the Monk after sunrise at Angkor Wat was also special. 

If I were going to do the trip again, I might want to spent the first couple of nights on Halong Bay cruise to recovered from the serious jet lag coming from New York.  Also moving almost every night did not give an opportunity to settle in and get a feel for the different locations and they begin to blur together. However, I am not sure what locations I would suggest removing.  

On a casual basis we have been recommending Vietnamstay to friends as an interesting and our well run trip and an excellent value.

I just wanted to personally thank you for our trip!  We had such an amazing time and had the opportunity to make memories that will last a lifetime.  Everything went according to the itinerary and was absolutely perfect.  From the moment we stepped off the plane, there was a warm face to greet us and take care of us.  The sites we visited, hotels we stayed at, staff that we interfaced with, our drivers, our guide, our flights…absolutely everything was perfect and we cannot thank you enough! It was truly a 100% worry free vacation! I’ve taken the time to proved feedback on VietnamStay’s Facebook page as well as numerous other FB travel pages that I’m a member of, but I didn’t see where I could provide personal feedback on the VietnamStay.com website.  I’d be more than happy to provide additional feedback if available!

I must note, the location, facilities, and activities at The Vijitt Resort in Phuket were absolutely above and beyond my wildest dreams. The staff there was PHENOMINAL and truly made us feel as we were a part of their family.  If you have future clients with families looking for down time in Phuket, I cannot recommend their resort enough.  They provided us with a customer feedback form and I feel like I needed to write 2 additional pages to tell them how awesome they were. 

The same could be said about both of our drivers.  They made sure that we were 100% comfortable and provided great service.  Our guide in Bangkok was beyond knowledgeable and an absolute pleasure to follow around!

Once again, thank you, from our family to yours.  We had and absolutely amazing time and hope to work with you again in the future!

We had a fantastic time in Vietnam.  We hope to be able to return someday.  It has been one of our most memorable vacations.  We were very pleased with everything that you arranged for us.  The hotels, the drivers, the guides, etc were all great (well we had an issue with the hotel in Saigon, but nothing that you could have foreseen so please do not worry about it).   We could not have asked for our trip to go any smoother than it did.  

We thank you so much for all of your work you put in to making our vacation as wonderful as it good be. I have already passed on your information to several friends who have indicated they are interested in trips to your beautiful country.

 We have already returned to Argentina. Our time in Vietnam was unforgettable, nice landscapes, interesting cities and friendly people. Regarding the itinerary organized by you and your travel agency, we are more than satisfied, suitable hotels and shuttles and a lovely cruise in Halong bay. Particularly, we would like to remark how timely, helpful and friendly were the drivers and tourist guide that we met in our trip.
