Bangkok, 16 July 2024 – In a significant move to boost its economy through travel and tourism, Thailand has announced new visa measures effective from 15 July 2024. These include extending the visa exemption period to 60 days for 93 countries, expanding the Visa on Arrival (VOA) scheme, and introducing the Destination Thailand Visa (DTV) and student visas.
