I want to express my gratitude to Vietnam Stay for their fantastic service provided to us. We booked a private tour and were a bit sceptical if it would work out but Mr Hao helped us out and was from the very beginning very attentive and gave us a very detailed itinerary which suited us perfectly. He was very responsive to all our needs and always gave us options if we needed any.. We also appreciated the fact that throughout our stay in Vietnam Mr Hao kept in touch with us and we never got a feeling that we were left on our own. The hotels provided were great, our pickups were on time and the tour guides and the drivers were very friendly and communicative.  It was our first time in Vietnam and we thoroughly enjoyed your wonderful country and the beautiful people and not to forget the delicious food!

 

I did have a brief unpleasant incident in Hoian. The lady who checked me out was very rude and asked me to pay for the laundrybag, a guest amenity, and charged me 25000 dong. No receipt nothing! I know its nothing to do with Vietnam stay but I thought I should mention it here.

 

I would really like to thank you once again for the wonderful time in Vietnam! We will definitely come back one day and surely use your services again. I have already recommended Vietnamstay to my friends and colleagues. My personal thanks to Mr Hao. Great job!!
