Thank you for organising the private tour for our family of six in March 2023. We all enjoyed the tour of Vietnam very much over the 12 days duration.

The tour has been particularly tailored to suit our needs and has been seamlessly designed to cater for our special interests, as requested  by us. The itinerary had covered the major cities of Vietnam which were rich in history and national culture which we appreciated very much. We also appreciated the unspoiled nature in many parts of the country, such as Halong Bay and Marble Mountains.

The standard of the hotel accommodation has met with our expectations and the hotels are all conveniently located in the cities and near cultural centres and eateries.

Overall we are very satisfied with the organisation of the tour and the guides who were all very professional and knowledgeable with the local history and cultures.

Hi Lily, yes we arrived home safely and on time.

We had a great time, and we would like to thank you for your help and service in both organizing the trip for us and then helping us out during the trip. The service you provided was excellent - the transfers were always on-time, and the guides were very good. We very much appreciated you being available to advise and help out when needed, which made a big difference to our trip.

The hotels were also excellent - our favorites were Pilgrimage Village in Hue, and Mango Bay on Phu Quoc (which we would recommend for your future guests).

One point to consider is that not all guests would wish to take the drive from HCMC to the ferry terminal, and then the ferry across to Phu Quoc. Although for us it was an interesting day, we were travelling from 6am until about 5pm - when the flight is just about an hour.

I have already given your name and details to someone I met here in the UK and recommended you and your company - so hopefully more business will come for you.

If you have a manager or someone else, I would like to tell them how much we valued your personal service and that we would certainly use VietnamStay again - so if there is an email address for them please let us know and I will send another email.

We are about to finish our fantastic trip to Vietnam, organised perfectly by Mr. Xuan Hao. 

Mr. Xuan tailored -made our trip, for 2 couples, with special attention to all our needs and desires. We managed to see do many of Vietnam's highlights in our 21 day trip. 

I would additionally like to thank Mr. Xuan for assisting me personally when my husband became ill before we arrived in Hoi An.  Mr. Xuan helped call a Dr. to come to the hotel, and personally cooked rice for my husband to eat in the evening. He then took me to the supermarket in his car to help me buy several things and offered to take me to a restaurant so that I can have dinner. 

This personal special attention proves the whole company's attitude for caring for their clients with all tiny details.
