With the reputation and the trust we have gained over a long and productive relationship with our partners, we are in a position to negotiate the best prices for all our products and services. We don´t just keep this privilege for profit, but we pass on all of the up-to-date prices and special promotions to you. With our head office in Vietnam, we have secured a license from the Vietnam National Authority for Tourism. Our International Tour Operator License number is 00-248/TCDL-GP LHQT. Our bond account for the license is solely for compensating clients in case of a claim. The bond is required to have a certain amount, so whenever compensation needs to be paid to a client, we are obliged to top up the bond to this minimum level. However, we have never needed to deposit more in this account and thus we have never been required to withdraw from this bond to compensate a client.
