Thailand is a welcoming country with rich culture and warm hospitality but it has its own laws that visitors should respect. The legal system is based on the constitution and a civil law tradition. For tourists, the most important points to keep in mind are the respect for the Monarchy and cultural etiquette and law.

Main cities:

Bangkok is the capital and largest city of Thailand, often known for its vibrant street life, temples, palaces and modern shopping districts. Besides, the cultural heart of northern Thailand - Chiang Mai, also famous for ancient temples, night markets, and nearby mountains. Another tourist attraction of Thailand - Phuket - known as Thailand’s largest island and a major tourist hub which is famous for beaches, nightlife, and island-hopping.

Thailand is located in Southeast Asia, surrounded by Myanmar, Laos, Cambodia, and Malaysia.
