When people think of Vietnam, they often picture steaming bowls of pho or crispy banh mi on busy street corners. But in Central Vietnam, food tells a different story - one defined by bold spices, fresh seafood, and a deep connection to the coast. This May, Da Nang is turning that culinary identity into the city’s largest celebration.

From May 20 to May 24, the Da Nang Food Tour Festival 2026 will bring together food lovers, local artisans, and chefs for five days of immersion by the beach. This isn't just a food fair; it’s a journey into the heritage of "Quang" cuisine, shared between Da Nang and its neighboring regions.

The Festival Highlights

"The Flavors of Da Nang" Parade
17:00 | May 20
A vibrant seaside procession featuring over 70 creative food carts, traditional cyclos, and the nostalgic calls of street vendors.

The Opening Ceremony
