Southern Laos, with Pakse and the Bolaven Plateau, is generally hotter and more humid, but the rainy season transforms the landscapes into lush greenery with powerful waterfalls.
Vietnam’s climate is tropical monsoon, but its north, central, and south regions each have distinct patterns. The north enjoys four seasons, the central coast faces hot summers and rainy typhoon months, while the south has a simple wet–dry rhythm. This diversity makes Vietnam a year-round destination, with each season offering unique travel experiences.
