You’ll have the whole day to explore Vietnam’s capital city. Your guide will take you to the Temple of Literature, the first university in Vietnam dating back to the 11th century, and a popular attraction, as is Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum, his modest stilt house where he chose to live and work. We will also visit the museum dedicated to his memory.
In the afternoon, proceed to the most beautiful of Hanoi’s museums, The Ethnology museum. This showpiece provides a fascinating insight into the histories and lifestyle’s of the 54 ethnic groups of Viet Nam. Continue discovering the famed Old Quarter on foot. Walk through the hidden alleys, amaze at the old style tube houses, and visit the lively local market. Then, hop on a traditional bicycle rickshaws move at leisure pace that’s perfect for photos and slow-moving sightseeing. Seat back and relax while your driver weaves through the busy streets, dodging speeding motorbikes and rolling past French colonial houses. Finish the day trip with a coffee at a local café.

Depart Hanoi and drive about three hours and thirty minutes to reach the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Halong Bay. Spend the next few days cruising on the jade waters, admiring the sublime landscape of limestone karsts aboard a traditional junk boat. As the sun sets enjoy cocktails on the deck and a gourmet dinner.

Explore the far corners of the bay away where remote sandy beaches and clear water make an ideal spot for swimming. Paddle your way through secluded lagoons by kayak for an up-close look at the jungle covered karsts and caves.

For those not wanting to be part of this is just to sleep on. A light breakfast is served after the session and the boat starts up again and heading to Sung Sot (Surprise Grotto) and you take a trip into this huge cave consisting of 3 parts.
Come back to the boat and a lovely brunch served by the crew. During brunch boat has started its journey towards the port and you make up and check out of the cabins.
Back in the harbor at 11:00 and drive back to Hanoi’s airport. Take a short flight to Danang City.
Upon arrival, driver meets and transfers you to your hotel in Hoian town.

This UNESCO recognized town has been artfully restored to its former glory and its quaint architecture. In the afternoon, take a guided walking tour of the charming town to discover a preserved pagoda, assembly hall and beautiful covered bridge – living links to Hoi An’s ancient past. Visit a local workshop and learn how to make your own miniature Hoi An lantern taught by the workshop staff. Take your unique lantern home as souvenir.

Beside the heritage and architecture, Hoi An is renowned for its tailors, food and way of life. Today is your free day for you to do as much or as little as you want.

We go to the habour by car; visit Vietnam oceanographic institute. Then come to Bamboo resort for a special seafood lunch, free time to relax and swim at bamboo island till transfer back to the hotel.

This morning, we start to explore the sights of the city. Get far off of the tourist track with a unique walking excursion by foot through Ho Chi Minh City's Cho Lon District, or "big market". Sometimes referred to as Saigon's Chinatown district, explore the vivid and distinct charm of this little-explored corner of the city - and learn the local secrets behind one of the world's oldest and largest Chinatowns. Then take a stroll around the impressive old French-built post office and Notre Dame Cathedral before continuing to the City Hall area, another grand old colonial-era relic. Then you are free to explore the famous Dong Khoi area, home to the legendary Continental Hotel, made famous by Graham Greene in the Quiet American, and lots of popular restaurants, bars and boutiques.

Leave bustling Saigon behind, head out to un-touched areas not well-known by tourists in Ben Tre. Board the cruise & meander down the Mekong observing local life play out along the riverbanks. Stop at some local families and see how local traditional methods utilize every bit of the coconut. Learn how to make local cakes.
It is a full day of interesting experiences: boat rowing through winding water-coconut canals, sampling tasty local cakes, tea with honey, and enjoying lunch served with Mekong specialties. Join us, relax, enjoy the tranquil atmosphere and have memorable experiences.

Discover a vast network of Cu Chi underground passageways built and used by the Viet Cong to evade detection as they moved troops and supplies throughout Ho Chi Minh City’s northern districts.
Today, take a VIP transfer to Cu Chi – by speedboat. Enjoy the cool breeze while the boat gracefully slips through Saigon River past traditional Mekong River life. Take the chance to view the changing face of Vietnam – from the glittering skyscrapers and busy commercial centers to green paddy fields and peaceful rural areas. Explore Cu Chi tunnel site, which includes weapon and booby trap exhibitions, navigate an authentic Viet Cong tunnel, and visit different underground bunkers (kitchens, meeting rooms, ammunition stores, etc.), a firing range and much more. Please make sure your passport has at least 6 months validity from the entry date. Also please check whether you need an entry visa to Asian countries before starting your trip. Please consult with our travel consultant if you are not sure.

3. Land Transportation
Our price based on the group arrives at one time (on one flight). In case clients arrive at different flight times, and need different airport transfers, the extra transfer will be charged. We apply the same for the departure date.
4. Travel Insurance
Our price of the tour does not include travel insurance. We highly recommend you purchase health/travel insurance for your trip to Asia.
5. Responsibility
Except in situations beyond human control, VietnamStay will be held responsible for any additional expense resulting from the change caused by us in itinerary, transportation, and accommodation.
However, VietnamStay cannot be held responsible for denied boarding, nor for additional costs incurred due to the situations beyond human control.
The detailed program and schedule of flights are subject to changes by the airline without prior notice and in accordance with the weather conditions and daily operation of flights. Consequently, itinerary concerns might be adjusted. If this occurs, VietnamStay will endeavor to secure alternative arrangements.
6. Vaccine
It is not compulsory to get any vaccine to visit our countries. But we encourage you to have popular vaccines such as Diphtheria, Tetanus, Typhoid, Polio…. You may consult your doctor before traveling.

No service secured at our proposal, services in destination (hotel, boat, flight, guide etc) are subject to availability.
Please send a booking order to VietnamStay as soon as you agree on our proposal to secure your trip arrangement. Similar alternative service to be suggested when your choice is unavailable at the time of booking.

Full passport information is required in your booking order for flight reservation & hotel check-in

3. Deposit and Payment
At least 30% deposit of the total tour cost to be deposited upon commitment of the tour.
The outstanding amount to be paid prior to arrival date or at our offices in Viet Nam on your arrival day.
4. Cancellation, Amendment Policy, and Charges
In practice, VietnamStay always does the best to minimize the cancellation penalty for our guests but we must abide by the cancellation policy of each service provider.
