PROGRAM
Day 1 – MON: SIEM REAP – Arrival
Our guide
and coach will wait and pick up at Siem Reap International Airport then
transfer to hotel for check in. Accommodation in Siem Reap.
Day 2: TUE: SIEM REAP (B)
After breakfast, you will start to explore the
most highlights of
Angkor Complex with:
Banteay Srei: nearly everyone's favorite site. The special charm of
this temple lies in its compact size, remarkable state of preservation, and
the excellence of its decorative carving
Banteay Samre: Its rose-colored sandstone walls are decorated with
carvings and bas-reliefs, which are among the most accomplished Angkor has
to offer.
We continue to visit the fabulous Ta Prohm embraced by the roots of
enormous fig trees and gigantic creepers
Ta Prohm was built in the 12th century. It’s a Buddhist
temple dedicated to the mother of King Jayavarman VII.
Pre Rup temple was built in the 10th century during the
reign of King Rajendravarman II
Day 3: WED: SIEM REAP (B)
We start a very special and busy day as you will explore some of Angkor’s
most beautiful temples. You will visit the West Gate of Angkor Thom –
undiscovered by mass tourist.
The ancient capital of Angkor Thom (12th century)
See the South Gate, Bayon Temple- unique for its 54 towers decorated
with over 200 smiling faces of Avolokitesvara
Baphuon Temple: lying just to the north of Bayon, a pyramidal
representation of mythical Mont Meru
The Royal Enclosure, Phimeanakas
The Elephant Terrace and the Terrace of the Leper King
In the afternoon, you will visit the famous temple: Angkor Wat.
Angkor Wat is a World Heritage Site since 1992, famous for its beauty and
splendor. Angkor Wat features the longest continuous bas-relief in the
world, which runs along the outer gallery walls and narrates stories from
Hindu mythology, visit Bakheng Temple and enjoy a romantic sunset view from
Bakheng Hill.
Enjoy one-hour foot massage before transfer to your hotel.
Evening is your free time for walking at busy pub street. Dinner at one of
many typical local food restaurants. Pop up at a bar for cool drink or
shopping at Angkor Night Market. Accommodation in Siem Reap.
Day 4 – THU: SIEM REAP – HANOI (B)
After
breakfast, free at leisure or shopping till suitable time for transfer to
the airport for afternoon flight to Hanoi. Upon arrival, our guide is
waiting for you at the airport. Transfer to the city (1 hour) where they
will have a first impression of Hanoi. Transfer to your hotel for check-in.
Accommodation in Hanoi.
DAY 5 – FRI: HOA LU – TAM COC - NIGHT TRAIN TO LAO CAI
After breakfast, check out at hotel and take
2 hour drive to Ninh Binh Province. Our first visit is to Hoa Lu- Vietnam’s
former capital before it was move to Thang Long- Hanoi in 1,010 and the
remains of Dinh & Le Kings’ Temples. After lunch, get on small rowing
boats to travel along the canals amid local villages, green fields. Enjoy
the beauty of Tam Coc (3 caves) which is also called “Ha Long Bay on
land”. Go through the caves and then row back to the boat quay. Continue by
road to Bich Dong, 2 km from Tam Coc, which was conferred by a King the
title “Vietnam’s second most beautiful grotto”. Climb up the Ngu Nhac Son
(Buddha’s Palm Mountain), be charmed by the marvelous scenery offered by the
mountains, rivers and pagodas. Return to Hanoi for a rest before take night
train to Lao Cai & Sapa. Overnight in train.
DAY 6 – SAT: LAO CAI – SAPA
Upon arrival in Lao Cai, our car will drive you to Sapa.
You have the whole morning to explore Sapa city & market, Ham Rong
mountain. In the afternoon, trek down to the Muong Hoa Valley to
visit the typical Black H’mong people in Cat Cat Village.

DAY 7 – SUN: SAPA – VILLAGES - LAO CAI
(B)
After breakfast, our car takes you to Lao
Chai village of Black H’mong people. Trek
through Ta Van village of Dzay
people, then you’ll be taken back to Lao Cai station via Sapa town.
Overnight on 4-bed superior/shared cabin train to Hanoi.
DAY 8 – MON: HANOI
(B/L)
Early
arrival in Hanoi. Pick up at station and transfer to your hotel in Hanoi.
Breakfast at the hotel and ready to join the city tour at 8.30 am.
The tour includes
Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum (on Mondays & Fridays see outside only due to
closure), the house of Ho Chi Minh, the Single Pillar Pagoda, the
Tran Quoc Pagoda, and Army Museum with Flag Tower. Then we have short
break to enjoy a cup of Vietnamese coffee before continuing visit the
Temple of Literature (Van Mieu – Quoc Tu Giam).
Lunch at local restaurant. After lunch, we
continue to visit Ngoc Son Temple in the middle of Hoan Kiem lake,
followed by one hour cyclo tour through the typical Old quarters of
Hanoi.
In the afternoon, attend a traditional
Water Puppet show at the at Thang Long Theater. Overnight in
Hanoi.
Day 9 – TUE: HANOI – HALONG
(B/L/D)
After breakfast, meet your guide in the
lobby of hotel. Departure by road to Halong Bay. Travel through the
rich farmlands of the Delta of Red river and the landscape of rice fields,
water buffalo, the daily life of the Vietnamese village. Arrive in Halong
and board to board a traditional junk. Lunch on board.
In the afternoon, stop at Vung Vieng
fishing village, take rowing boat to the village, meet and talk
and take photos with the villagers. Free time for swimming. Later on the
junk move to docking area for overnight. Dinner with Vietnamese food served
on board.
Day 10 – WED: HALONG – HANOI -
HOI AN (B/Brunch)
Breakfast served while the junk cruises
around Ha Long Bay passes by many rocks, islets… Stop for a while to explore
Surprise cave. The junk continues cruising toward Halong port. Ready
for disembarking at 11:30am.
On return, before heading to Noibai airport
for a flight to Danang, you are visit to an artist’s collection of Vietnam
before and now, Viet Phu Thanh Chuong (Thanh Chuong Palace). Explore
the one-not-two work of art in Vietnam from an ordinary farming tool, and
several typical old architectures of Vietnam which have been collected by
the famous Painter Thanh Chuong from his thousand visits to each place
throughout Vietnam. Each item has many tales related to discover… Also
there are many other cultural values allures your curiousness.
A 45 minus flight take you to the center of
Vietnam. Upon arrival direct transfer to Hoi An (30 min.)

Day 11 – THU: HOI AN (B)
Free day for relax or taking an optional
tour to My Son, Tra Que village or cooking class…
Accommodation in Hoi An.
Day 12 –
FRI: HOI AN – DA NANG - HUE (B)
Free morning in Hoi An to do whatever take
your fancy or just swimming, sunbathing on the virgin white beach of Cua
Dai.
In the afternoon, transfer to Hue, which is
130km away from Hoi An. On the way visit Danang city with Cham museum, Mable
mountain, Han river ... Overnight in Hue.
Day 13 – SAT: HUE (B/L)
Being the ancient capital, Hue is surrounded
with ancient tombs of the past emperors, and with Orient style – those tombs
almost located near the bank of Hue’s river – Perfume river. Take a boat
trip along river to visit the most famous religious site, Thien Mu
Pagoda. Visit Mausoleum of Emperor Tu Duc & Minh Mang by
car. After lunch visit the Imperial Citadel. Overnight
in Hue.
Day 14 – SUN: HUE – HO CHI
MINH CITY – CU CHI (B/L)
After breakfast, transfer to Phu Bai airport
for your flight to Ho Chi Minh.
Upon arrival, drive 70 km to Cu Chi
district. After lunch, visit the incredible underground Cu Chi tunnel
network constructed by Vietnamese fighters during the long struggle for
independence. Back to Ho Chi Minh City for short city tour passing
Reunification Palace, Notre Dame Cathedral and Ben Thanh
Market. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh city.
Day 15 – TUE:
HO CHI MINH CITY – Departure
(B)
After breakfast, free time in Saigon (check
out the hotel at 12:00 hrs). Wait until time transfer to airport for your
flight back home.
