Opening The Rose Festival in The Cloud Paradise of Sa Pa

Sa Pa Town People's Committee and Fansipan Cable Car Travel Service Company opened a rose festival, with the theme "Fansipan - The land of roses in the clouds", at the largest rose valley in Vietnam; opening for "Sa Pa Summer Festival - 2022", from April 23 to July 30, 2022.

 This rose valley has an area of ​​up to 50,000 square meters with more than 300,000 roses, gathering more than 150 most famous varieties of roses in Sa Pa, Vietnam and the world.

Among the types of roses available at Fansipan is the most famous and valuable Ecuadorian rose in the world. This rose variety was successfully grown from cut Ecuadorian roses imported to Vietnam.

 The most impressive highlight of the rose valley is the brilliant red climbing carpets that only Sa Pa has. This flower is said to have originated from Europe, brought to this land by the French along with the ancient rose Sa Pa. Red climbing roses usually bloom only once a year around April and May, creating a tourist season in Sa Pa to see the roses bloom, attracting a lot of tourists.

 From the holiday of April 30 to May 1, Sa Pa still has many unique cultural activities to attract tourists in the summer such as: Indian Cultural Festival in Sa Pa; Running race "Sa Pa - Season of pouring water"; Great Buddha Day; International Yoga Festival on Fansipan Peak; art show Dance on the Clouds; Festival hides hot in the clouds. The events are held in May, June and end at the end of July 2022.
